Measurement Accuracy Mechanism
Petra for Windows and Aluminum applies an innovative and advanced technical method for site measurement. This is carried out using specialized machines designed for precise measurement taking and accurate dimension simulation.
These systems are used for various measurements, including arches, curves, high elevations, and complex geometric shapes, and are operated by qualified and experienced engineers.
The equipment used is exclusive to Al Safa Aluminum Saudi Arabia and is characterized by high precision, especially in measuring the clearance gap, which is the space between the frame and the structural opening, ensuring accurate and proper fitting.
Punching and Forming Machine (DIAMANT)
Designed for drilling, milling, and angled cutting from 0 to 180 degrees with high precision, for working with aluminum bars, profiles, metals, and alloys in general.
The machine’s moving part consists of an arm driven by a gear and a rack-and-pinion guide system, providing both high accuracy and speed at the same time.
Cutting and Shearing Machine (PRECISION TS2)
Double-head cutting machine with 3 controlled axes, featuring automatic movement of the movable head and electronic management of all angles from 45° (internal) to 15° (external). The blades are fed by pneumatic cylinders. Equipped with a 550 mm blade and available in 5 m or 6 m lengths.
